Core Company Directors

Jake Jeppson, co-director and founder of Core Company, is a playwright from Washington, DC. He has worked at a number of theaters on the east coast, including American Repertory Theatre, The Flea, and The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center where he helped develop their summer educational program Theatermakers. An MFA candidate at the Yale School of Drama, Jake's plays have been developed in LA, Chicago, New York, and DC.

Andrew Kelsey, co-director and founder of Core Company, is an actor and educator from San Francisco. He has worked and performed at A.C.T. San Francisco, The Public Theater, The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center, and he is a frequent volunteer and mentor with the 52nd Street Project in New York. He earned his B.A. from Amherst College and is currently an MFA candidate at the Yale School of Drama.
